Q. Why can't I activate successfully?
A. 1. Check if there is firewall on your PC or Router, and make sure the port 8000 is allowed.
2. Check if your device is able to access the internet.
3. Check if there is typo of the character “O” and number” 0” or you can scan the QR code in the activation mail.
Q. I purchased this app but didn't receive the activation key.
A. 1. Please provide transaction ID or purchase email to service@mirrorop.com. After we check the key manager system, we’ll re-send the activation key.
2. Generally, it takes 1 day to complete the purchase, and then you’ll get the activation key.
Q. I bought MirrorOp iOS Sender but actually I wanted to use it on Windows. What should I do?
A. 1. Make sure the platform you would like to install MirrorOp and email to service@mirrorop.com
2. We’ll exchange your original key to the correct new key.
3. You can activate on new device with new key.
NOTE: YOU CAN CHANGE THE KEY ONLY ONE TIME.
Q. I can't activate after changing the laptop hard disk.
A. 1. Please provide transaction ID or purchase email to service@mirrorop.com
2. We’ll delete the original register data.3. Register again with original activation key.
Q. I purchased MirrorOp Sender. My iPad is iOS 8.1 and not supported. I want to refund.
A. Please note that MirrorOp iOS Sender doesn’t support iOS 7/ 8. If you would like to refund, please provide transaction ID or purchase email to service@mirrorop.com. Refund will be finished after 1-2 days.
